Personal Profile

I'm a Computer Science with Games Programming student at the University of Huddersfield. Despite recent and personal challenges, I consistently earn As, reflecting my determination and commitment. Alongside my academic journey, my work in customer service has shaped me into an enthusiastic and welcoming individual. With strong motivation, I balance my studies and work effectively, aiming to maintain my academic success and make a meaningful impact within my work and beyond.

Work Experience

Wetherby Whaler – Junior Waiter – July 2022 to date (12 to 9pm)

  • I am currently balancing my studies with a part time job as a waiter which involves providing excellent customer service, menu expertise, and efficient order management. Teamwork, multitasking, and upselling skills are crucial. Being a waiter can also be valuable for character development, helping build patience and resilience.

Team 17 – IT Technician – Jun 2023 - Aug 2023 · 3 mos – Monday to Friday (9 to 5pm)

  • While I was at Team17 my main goal was to organise and deploy a full EUC (End-User Computing) refreshment for the company and its employees and due to me being in IT I was also tasked with level 1, level 2 and a few level 3 tickets and (First-line, Technical support and Expert support)

Team 17 – Junior IT Technician – Jul 2021 - Aug 2021 · 2 mos – Tuesday to Thursday (9 to 5pm)

  • For my Work experience during college I was able to go to Team17 to help out with getting everyone back into the office after covid-19 and I was therefore tasked with level 1 and 2 (First-line, Technical support)

Sandal Castle Primary – Teaching Assistant – Jun 2019 - Jul 2019 – Monday to Friday (8 to 4pm)

  • For my Work experience during high school I was able to go back to my old Primary School to help out with teaching during SATS for year 6.

Additional Skills and Interests

I am part of an international gaming group that competes in Rainbow Six Siege, a team-based game. In each match, one team's goal is to complete an objective while keeping the opposing team out of a designated area. My role involves fostering communication strategies across language barriers, enabling our team to organize and strategize effectively, ultimately increasing our chances of victory. This helps me become a valuable team leader and member, promoting cohesion and efficiency within any group I am assigned to.
